How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 5- 7 business days for your item to be shipped once your order is placed. Some shipping time have been extended/delayed due to the pandemic, we have no control over this. You will receive a tracking number once your item is shipped. If you would like your item rushed, please select the rush items option for an additional charge of $25.

Can I Get A Refund?

All items are handmade and may have slight imperfections; therefore, we do not offer refunds.  If there was an error on our part, we will work with you to establish an exchange.

If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
